3. Orders, Payments, and Invoice Management

4. Refund Policy

4.2 Return Costs

For returned products, we may charge up to 35% in restocking and shipping fees. For certain items (such as equipment used for more than 90 days), upon return, ownership shall automatically transfer to zsvet.store, and such returns will not be accepted.
