Veterinary Bio-Type PGR System for Patellar Luxation Surgery

Veterinary PGR System is designed for complex patellar luxation cases in small animal orthopedic surgery.. PGR stands for Patellar Trochlear Groove Replacement. The system provides a replacement groove to support stable patellar tracking when the original trochlear groove is severely deformed or when standard correction may not provide enough stability.

The PGR prosthesis is made of TC4 titanium alloy. Its cementless design uses a porous back surface to support bone ingrowth and long-term fixation. The smooth articulating surface helps guide the patella during movement.

The complete system includes PGR prostheses, trial prostheses, impactors, a positioning plate, depth-limiting K-wires, positioning K-wires, depth-limiting drill bits, and an instrument case. Multiple sizes are available to meet different clinical needs.
